Shipping Charges

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, our website offers FREE shipping on all orders placed on our website if your order is more than $100.

Shipping Methods
For all orders, we provide FREE shipping all over the world with EMS, TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. All parcels will be held for picking up if it cant be delivered. Therefore, please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address for the delivery. The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping Time
Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours and handled in 48 hours, and 5-7 business days to your destination normally. It will take us another 3 days to customize your items when they are out of stock. We do not process your order on weekends or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Meanwhile, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, carrier complications.
If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.

Tracking
The status of your parcel is online traceable. After your items are dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email, because the package may not have been processed by express company or the tracking information not been updated in time. If you cant track your parcel after 2 days, please feel easy to contact us.

Returns&Refund Policy
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought unseen, we have developed the following returns and refund policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Return
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, as we are committed to your complete satisfaction, you may return the UNWORN goods purchased from romanceshoes.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Please contact us for the returning address, which is different from the address on the parcel we send to you.
Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. Please understand the original shipping fee is not refundable. Because of the own characteristics of our merchandise, a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as pre Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. Email us firstly for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns are unacceptable. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Order Cancellation
If you want to make an order cancelled, you'd better cancel it before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Guideline
1. A Return Address must be obtained from customer service for a refund. Order number must be written on the outside of the packaging. If order number is not visible or provided, package may get lost or returned to you.

2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate the reason for return.

3. Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return.

4. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.

5. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping charges of the whole exchange process.
